As a Practicing Kinesiologist and a member of BCAK (British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists), I have the opportunity to help and serve the community focus on Elderly Care Interventions.

I love spending time with my kids and family, going to the park for a walk and having a picnic with them. I love to sing karaoke. We also always go out to listen to live performances at the local Music in the Park during the summer time. My other past time also includes playing acoustic guitar, and I also enjoy playing basketball for fun. Come and join me if one of my favorite hobbies is yours as well!
